  Clean, very well located, friendly staff. Despite being in an easy area, you wouldn't have thought so when inside. Decor was very much in line with Venice and what you would imagine a room to be like. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely book again next time we are back!

  What can I say – the perfect stay in the heart of Venice.
  Everything is only 2 minutes away. Plenty of choices for breakfast, sightseeing, shopping, transportation.
  The place is really nice and charming and we definitely felt by the atmosphere that we are in Venice. We had everything that we need and even more in our room. Even we checked in late at night we didn't had any problems.
