  What could be improved: That we have to check in at hotel al cavalieri prior to going to the apartment . This involves excess expenditure to pay the water taxi and they don’t drop you at the doorstep . It involves a 100 mtr walk with luggage which is inconvenient

  I loved it! The location is amazing close to everything by walking distance. The apt was clean and comfortable.

  Clean, spacious, nice bathrooms and kitchen, big bed. Two bathrooms which was great as we had an en suite and ten our son had a bathroom whilst sleeping in the lounge. Door to lounge so he could sleep in once we were up and about in kitchen. Daughter and partner had another apartment so we were able to go away together but have space. Enough chairs around table that we could all come together to eat. Plenty of restaurants near by. Excellent – would stay again
  
  What could be improved: Door entry was temperamental but we were then given another way to access quite quickly. Slates missing from under the sofa bed but engineers came the next day with a temporary bed whilst they waited for parts to fix it.

  Perfect position for a base for exploring. Great sized rooms. We had a deluxe 1 bedroom and the split level apartment (lovely views from this apartment across the canal). They were both immaculately clean, and bathrooms were spotless. We used the sofa beds in both apartments, and they were comfortable. Both apartments were well appointed. The lift was appreciated by my mother. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and were prompt with their service. There is a canal out the front to get a private taxi from if required and a supermarket within a 2 minute walk across the canal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
  
  What could be improved: No iron, ironing board, toaster, or laundry facilities (it would be good if shared laundry facilities were available)
