I mean, there’s a local bakery right around the corner where the staff barely speaks English, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want. You can walk to the Doge’s Palace in minutes, but when you come back in the evening, it’s peaceful enough to actually hear the water lapping against the canal walls.

The Room Experience

My room was compact — well, this is Venice, so that’s expected — but thoughtfully designed with clean lines and surprising storage solutions. The bathroom was modern and spotless, which isn’t always a given in older Venetian buildings. What really impressed me was the attention to soundproofing; despite being in the heart of the city, I slept incredibly well. The air conditioning worked perfectly too, which you’ll appreciate if you’re visiting during the summer months when Venice can get pretty stuffy.

Breakfast happens in a cozy ground-floor space that feels more like someone’s elegant dining room than a hotel restaurant. The spread is simple but quality — fresh pastries, good coffee, and local touches that change based on what’s seasonal. The staff here genuinely seems to care about your experience, offering solid recommendations for everything from hidden cicchetti bars to the best times to visit popular attractions. They helped me figure out the vaporetto system, which honestly saved me from looking like a confused tourist more than once.

  Nice Apartment with everything you Need. 5 Minutes to san marco. Friendly owners, who take care for everything.

  Nice apartment close to city centre and sites.
  Easy walking distance to shopping, transport, laundry, etc. Hosts were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Even met us at the docks and guided us to the apartment.

  Great location, just a few minutes to St. Mark's square. Plenty of space, close to supermarket, restaurants. Easy to get, just one bridge from San Zaccaria. Will come back.

  We had a lovely stay at Nicoletta’s apartment 😀 the location was near to center and we had everything that we needed in the apartment. Really big apartment and clean. Would stay again here next time ☺️ we had late checkout and Marco was there to give us the keys and he provided a lot of useful information, tips and recommendations for our stay. During our stay Nicoletta helped us with any question we had☺️
