  Very cozy and away from the main areas

  Location is the main advantage of this place. During our 2-night stay, we never had to take a vaporetto to get around (it's not cheap at $7.5 a trip per person). There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all around. Santa Lucia's train station is 10 minutes away by foot; St Mark's place 20 minutes away. Also, they were flexible about meeting us before check-in time to let us drop our suitcase.
  
  What could be improved: I was really disappointed by what it had to offer at that price ($230/per night, end of August 22). The owner should change the name of the place. There is nothing "meraviglioso" (marvelous) about it. It has zero charm: it's just an assembly of mismatched second-hand or low-grade furniture. The "vista" (view) you have from one side of the apartment is the back of a church and a building with scaffoldings. You have to lean out the window to see the canal. It offers amenities one doesn't need for a short stay (such as a kitchen and a washing machine) but doesn't offer elementary amenities like soap, shampoo, or breakfast. There's also no TV in case that is something you expect.
  Some wall plugs didn't work and you could not have the AC work in both rooms at the same time. The shower floor is very slippery and I almost fell the first time I used the shower. Finally, the walls are paper-thin. You can hear the conversations your neighbors have with guests or the loud tourists outside at night.
  BEWARE that you have to get rid of your own trash otherwise you need to pay 10 euros for the cleaning person to take care of it.
  I can see the advantage of this apartment if you're in Venice for a week with a group of friends (so you can split the bill), but not if you're there with your family for a 2 or 3-day stay.

  Apartamento amplio, bonito y limpio. Buena ubicación sobre un canal tranquilo. Ideal para disfrutar del encanto de Venecia sin tener que sufrir los efectos de la masificación turística. Renovado y con todo, o casi todo, lo que se pueda necesitar. Se agradecen los 2 ventiladores en el techo, que hay aparte del aire acondicionado, sobre todo en verano.

  Excelente la estadía en este departamento . La ubicación es buena a la que se puede llegar caminando desde casi cualquier lugar. Es adecuado para cuatro personas, muy limpio.
  Hay un supermercado cerca en caso de necesidad y numerosos bares y restaurantes.
  Es un departamento que lo podría recomendar sin lugar a dudas.

  Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement. Juste au dessus d'un petit canal. Aux pieds des commerces sympa, une très bonne pâtisserie.. et tout est proche pour faire ces courses. L'appartement est proche de 2. stations de vaporetto St Tomas et Rezzonico. Bref tout ce que l'ont peut apprécier en vacances.
  
  What could be improved: Juste une remarque qui n'est pas un défaut c'est que le soir les vénitiens aiment bien faire la fête et qu'ils passent en bateau avec la musique un peu fort et les églises qui nous donnent l'heure toutes ensembles à 8h00.

  La ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio tranquilo pero muy céntrico. Y con vistas a un canal.
  Nos solucionaron problema que hubo con la caldera y dónde dejar las maletas al salir.
  
  What could be improved: Alguna cosa podría mejorar de la limpieza (sobretodo la escalera, aunque no sé a quién corresponde) y de reposición de alguna pieza de ropa de cama.
  Y el precio algo caro, pero imagino que es Venecia.

  el departamento es muy lindo y está muy bien equipado. En invierno la calefacción fue super confortable. El dormitorio es grande, con un placard enorme, ropa de cama y de abrigo de muy buena calidad.
  
  What could be improved: La segunda cama es un sofa cama en el estar (y no es tan confortable como la cama del dormitorio). Sería deseable contar con algunos condimentos para usar la cocina, igual que café. La gestión de los residuos asusta un poco pero al final no es dificil, y los sitios de disposición de los residuos son muy cercanos.
