  Cottage had all we needed, quiet, good cooking and washing facilities. Air conditioning was essential at times and worked well. Location was great, near public boat service, supermarket and 10 minutes to more central area of island. Leonardo and team most helpful in getting us there and offering assistance if needed throughout stay ( not needed).
  
  What could be improved: Garden furniture could be cleaner and sunshade made usable – too hot to sit outside with no shade. But otherwise we had no issues about accommodation.
  
  It took us a few days to fathom the water services to travel around, can't buy tickets for public transport from nearby boarding point so next time buy the tickets in advance.

  -The host is friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and requests one may have.

  -There is a vaporetto (public water bus) station (Sant' Alvise) just 2 mins walk away.

  What could be improved: -For people who are coming to Venice for the Venice Film Festival, the property is quite far away from the Lido. But this is not a fault of the property; it is just something to be aware of.
  -The public water bus services can be quite expensive at €9.50 per trip. But again, this has nothing to do with the property itself; it is just a note about Venice in general.
