  Very good location <1 min walk from San Stae stop. Perfect penthouse large spaces for relaxing large kitchen extremely clean and comfortable. Brunilda was very helpful with check in details – she kept checking in on us on the way to Venice to make sure we were able to enter the accommodation after arriving at night. Very good value for money overall more than satisfied with the stay.

  Fantastic location and beautiful property. Easy access to all the major sights in Venice but situated in a lovely quiet area. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The unit itself was huge, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It easily fit our family of 4 with room to spare. It has all the facilities you would need for a longer stay also. Would highly recommend.
