  This apartment is a gem. It is right next door to the Accademia museum in a very quiet campo. It is away from the fray but you can find everything you might need.
  It has every modern convenience and is beautifully decorated.
  Everything was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again. Grazie mille.

  What could be improved: The only bright area is the master bathroom. The rest of it is dark and gloomy, like an old museum. We stayed for 6 nights and after the 2nd day that’s when we felt it was just ok, a place to sleep. I asked for extra sheets to change bedding after the 4th night, asked them 2x and never arrived.
  The stove pilot made tick sound for a few minutes and it was concerning so I called management. She said she can’t do anything. I almost called emergency line but ticking stopped after 30 minutes.
  
  Management was awful to reply. There were no written instructions for us on where to leave keys or a checklist of what to do when we leave. Management said leave keys on the kitchen table. Then when we were alreadyvan hour away, she called me in a panic that they can’t find keys. It was there at the kutchen table but they didn’t check kitchen. Frustrating!
  
  I could not use their disgusting old wooden spatulas to cook eggs. It has moldy look to it. They should provide decent spatulas !
  They only provide italian bialetti to brew coffee over the stove! Who has time to cook coffee that way? So I asked for coffee machine. I got it only on the 3rd day.
  
  Perhaps the apartment needs pest control. Somehow I had over 20 welts from bites, either from mosquitoes or tiny mites.
  
  Management and owner should improve their system.

  What could be improved: El apartamento tiene la entrada común con el piso de la dueña. Nadie lo aviso y nos llevamos un buen susto cuando la señora entró ya que no esperábamos que nadie pudiese entrar en el espacio del apartamento durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento tiene dos puertas que lo independizan del de la dueña, pero no nos dieron esas llaves, así que podíamos cerrar la puerta del apartamento pero no con llave.
