  Melusina Homes (Marine in particular) was so helpful – quick to reply to any questions and explained everything I needed to know upon arrival. The facilities were great – equipped kitchen, air conditioning, mosquito nets, also loved the outdoor area. Very convenient location, not too busy but close to the main attractions in Venice.
  
  What could be improved: Slightly over my budget, but the hospitality and services such as weekly cleaning and all the facilities available made it worth it. The location may appear dodgy at first, but you get used to it after arrival.
