  The quietness of the area, close to station, cafes close by. Not far from docks to arrive from airport and depart to Murano and Burano.

  What could be improved: The hot water in shower went cold sometimes? I don't take long showers. Not so bad in warm weather.

  The apartment is very functional, in a quiet street, easy to walk to all the main Venice attractions- comfortable and well equipped. Giacomo was very welcoming and gave us many useful tips- thanks!!😊

  It is a lovely period property with a private terrace in the middle of Venice and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe – 100% recommend.

  Plenty of room! My daughter had her own room with a TV; my husband and I had the bedroom. We were able to keep waters, wine and left over food in the fridge. The microwave heated my croissants in the morning. The washing machine was an added bonus with a private courtyard to sit and wait while the clothes washed. Quiet peaceful area.
  
  What could be improved: One downside to renting an apartment as opposed to a hotel is that there is no one to give you fresh towels. My husband and I ended up getting bit up by bugs in the room we were staying in; my daughter never had a problem.

  The apartment was lovely, bigger than we thought it would be. Absolutely loved the area, it was a mix of tourists and locals. We felt we were in the 'real' Venice. The host was very helpful.

  Loved the location which was away from the main tourist areas.
  Was only a 30 minute walk to St Marks Square.
  Enjoyed sitting in the courtyard to eat our lunches.
  Heaps of space in the apartment for the 2 of us and enjoyed being able to cook, when needed.
  
  What could be improved: The front door is narrow so be careful with luggage or purchases when entering or leaving the building.

  Location and it was a apartment vs hotel. Plus it has a patio although could not use due to construction. it was clean. bed was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: While clean there was no charm, not one decoration on the walls, chipped paint on walls and ceiling. Very drab and needs to be updated.
  Needs a shelf in bathroom and shower to be able to put toiletries on.
