Just watch out for those uneven cobblestones if you’re hauling luggage – Venice isn’t kind to wheeled suitcases.

It’s not huge, but for a couple or small family, it’s perfect – two bedrooms with comfy beds (sheets were crisp and fresh, no complaints there), and a bathroom that’s modern enough without losing that historic charm. Honestly, the place rates a solid 9.2 for a reason; it’s spotless, with air conditioning that actually works during those humid July nights, and Wi-Fi strong enough for streaming. Oh, and if you’re into cooking, the nearby market on Rio Terà San Leonardo has amazing fresh produce – I grabbed some artichokes and whipped up a simple pasta one evening. Noise-wise, it’s mostly peaceful, though you might hear the occasional boat horn or church bells from Madonna dell’Orto nearby, which sort of adds to the magic. One minor gripe: the stairs up to the second floor are steep, like in most Venetian buildings – not ideal if you’ve got mobility issues or heavy bags, but hey, it keeps things authentic.

  EXCELLENT LOCATION AND EASY TO GET TO THE MAIN STREET TO GET TO GROCERY STORES, AND SCENIC PLACES WE HAD ON OUR LIST TO VISIT. VENICE IS A VISUALLY MAGNIFICENT CITY, AND THE APARTMENT LOCATION IS VERY PRETTY TOO. OUR HOSTS WERE GREAT TO COMMUNICATE WITH US REGARDING ANY CONCERNS AND NEEDS WE HAD. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE DID ALSO APPRECIATE OUR HOSTS SETTING UP TRANSPORTATION WITH A REPUTABLE TAXI WHO WAS ON TIME AND HAD A BEAUTIFUL BOAT. YOU WILL LOVE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AND WE RECOMMEND HIRING A BOAT TO TAKE YOU TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT ! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

  Beautiful 3rd floor apartment with lots of light & canal views in a quiet area of Cannaregio. Quality finishing throughout the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean throughout. Equidistant from 2 vaporetto stops – on the grand canal & to the airport, making it very convenient. If you are looking for a quiet location with walking distance to all the major attractions, do-not hesitate.

  Stunning new modern and luxuriously furnished apartment. From the moment I ordered it, everything went perfectly. We were given directions on what to see, visit and eat in Venice. We have received information on how to get from airport to the apartments. We had a very warm welcome even though we were late. The weather wasn’t warm at the time, but the apartment was heated. Very convenient location.

  Location of property was fantastic, within close reach to most of the tourists attractions and some lovely bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and modern, reasonably priced as well for the space and view which you have! Host that greeted us was very helpful and friendly, gave us directions on how to reach the apartment when landing and helped us book a private boat taxi so we didn’t miss our flight travelling home. I highly recommend this as a place to stay for a short or extended break in Venice.

  Paolo and Darius were extremely accommodating and met us early. Very lovely and were so gracious.

  It is a good place to sleep. It does the job if you want to spend a weekend in Venice. But it is not a place where you can relax, have quality etc. The price should reflect that.
