I mean, this isn’t going to feel like a sprawling resort suite, but it’s thoughtfully arranged and that air conditioning I mentioned?   Ideal location. Very comfortable beds. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. The whole property was very clean even though some of the furniture was a little warm, but that just made it more comfortable. Two very large bedrooms and a very cute bedroom upstairs with it's own toilet and bidet.

  we were a group of 6 adults and the apartment was big enough to accomodate us all and provide us with the amneties we required. the location is perfect and really central to everything. there are 2 piazzas with coffe shops and restaurants just two minutes away. the hosts were in contact and immediately available to help us with any queries we had.
  
  What could be improved: some furnishings may require a little upgrade but hey, who goes to venice to stay inside 🙂

  Beautiful apartment. Very spacious. Well-located about a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. There was some confusion about our arrival date and it was challenging to communicate with the hosts when we arrived, but it was eventually worked out and they did their best to ensure that we got in safely and had what we needed.

  Great location with lots of space. Andrea communicated well and arranged our water taxi to the apartment, meeting us when we arrived.

  We loved the location. Great to explore Venice, Saint Mark is only 10 min walking.
  The appartment is very well situated and in a quiet street, right in the heart of Venice but not surrounded by tourists
  Easily reacheable from the airport. Recently renovated and very spacious with two bedrooms on the first floor and one more upstairs, therefore suitable for a family (we were 5).
  Having a supermarket and a bakery nearby and well as some nice places to eat was definitely a plus
  
  What could be improved: The appartment is excellent. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to really enjoy Venice.
  What we did not like was the interaction with the agency instead of directly with the owners. The pre-Checkin process was more cumbersome to what we are used with Booking. We had to fill out some form in a website. send pictures of passports and provide additional information before our arrival. We arranged the appointment with the person who was going to give us the keys and she was on time but she new very little about the appartment ammenities and was not able to answer most of our questions. Later we were able to meet with Andrea the owner and he helped us find things like the AC remote controllers and solved some special needs for us which we really appreciatted.
  We would like to recommend Andrea and Agata make sure the agency is doing its work so their guests are happy.
  More kitchen appliances (Moka coffee maker 🙂 as well as trash baskets in the bathrooms would also be nice.

  Perfect location, less than ten minutes walk in opposite directions and you can be at the Vaporetto stop, Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square… ideal. The two main bedrooms are large and have great storage. The Venice Neighbours check in service was great! it was also really clean.
  
  What could be improved: The upstairs bedroom ceiling is low and the bed is smaller than a standard single bed, luckily it’s occupant was petite! Also the upstairs bathroom is just a W.C., there’s only one shower in the property.
