  We stayed at the Ca' De Mezo Near San Marco Apartment for 7 days, starting on Thursday, August 31st, and we absolutely loved every moment. The apartment is a spacious 55 m² and is located right in the heart of Venice, just 500 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. The location is perfect—close to all the major attractions, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful.
  
  From the moment I made the booking, Matteo was an exceptional host. He maintained excellent communication, waited for our arrival, and even escorted us to the apartment. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a wonderful bonus after a long journey. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the comforts of home in a beautiful, traditional Venetian setting.
  
  Overall, this has been an incredible experience, and I’m writing this review because we’re so in love with this place. If you're looking for a great stay in Venice, I would highly recommend Ca' De Mezo Near San Marco. It truly exceeded our expectations!

  This apartment couldn't have been more perfect, Matteo the host met us on arrival and walked us to the apartment & gave us a great list of recommendations for food etc. he also told us how to get to other islands/attractions and was always available to us over text throughout our stay.
  
  The apartment was walking distance to absolutely everything & was really modern & comfortable- we had no complaints.
  Really good value for money and I would 100% recommend & stay here again!
  
  What could be improved: The only issue was the exact address wasn't on google maps but once we had the name of the street it was completely fine!
