  We have head a great experience with Samantha, owner of our apartment ,right in the centre of Venice, behind San Marco square. It was ideal for all. Samantha got in touch with us a few weeks before and a few days before our arrival. From being dropped off by the boat, it was only 3-5 minutes walk. We were greeted by Valentina in the San Marco square and taken yo the apartment. She was very accommodating and even went through the map to answer all our questions.
  Samantha was quick yo answer our queries, very kind. She suggested a great restaurant to on our last night.

  Great location. Spacious bedrooms in the apartment and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
  Great communication with host and was lovely to be met on arrival.
  Also lovely to have a bottle of prosecco and water in the fridge and all the teas/coffee facilities appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn't anything we didn't like, but in the spirit of possible improvements a more comfortable sofa would be good and some milk for tea/coffee.

  Loved the location! Short walk to San Marcos and Rialto Bridge. Tons of shops and restaurants Host scheduled water taxi from airport when we arrived and another one to go to train station when we left. Gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants!

  Our recent stay in Samantha’s house was an unforgettable experience!
  The kindness and the professionalism of the owner was something very important because it made our holidays easy and beautiful!
  The house is located in the center , actually in the morning there is a small coffee shop in the street where you can enjoy your morning coffee as an Italian and walk among all the shops and taste the real life of Venice !
  In about less than 5 minutes all the famous places you have to visit like San Marco or Palazzo Ducale and actually the canals from where you can take public transportation or gondola and enjoy a memorable tour in the Canale Grande !!!
  The location was so important as we where travelling with our little son and we where always so very close to everything!
  In our check in kind Federica was there to give us information and make sure we had everything we needed!
  we will come back very soon as we felt like home and Venice is an amazing place but also we have already missed the hospitality and the warmest welcome of the owner !

  Perfect location ! Heart of San Marco Square. Samantha is a wonderful host going beyond property rental. She hired our private water taxi from/to airport. She provided welcome treats like water, juice, coffee pods snacks and even a bottle of Prosecco 😊😊 it's your home away from home! Thank you!

  Perfect located close to San Marco. 3 bed apartment. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very nice with 2 bathrooms. Dishwasher and washingmashin. We would very much recommend this apartment och host Samantha.
  
  What could be improved: Not enough wineglasses. 3 wineglasses in an apartment for minimum 6 people. But other than that, everything is ok in the kitchenarea.

  Location was excellent, 3 minute walk to St. Mark's square. Easy access to shops, restaurants etc. Samantha and Valentina were excellent hosts and were extremely helpful in booking taxis and recommending restaurants.
  We were met at the taxi and guided to the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is a little dated and the main bathroom is quite small. One of the bedrooms didn't have a double bed. These are only minor issues as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
