The bedrooms are snug, with those high ceilings and exposed beams that make you feel like you’re living in a piece of history, and honestly, the bedding is so soft it sort of makes up for the occasional creak of the wooden floors at night. Oh, and the bathroom – modern fixtures in an old-space vibe, though the water pressure can be a bit finicky if everyone’s showering at once. I loved the little balcony overlooking the courtyard; it’s quiet, especially in the evenings when you can hear distant church bells from San Giacomo dell’Orio just a stone’s throw away.   We loved staying in this beautiful apartment that was big and spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a must in the heat and the communication with the host was excellent. We absolutely loved the area we stayed in, Santa Croce, as it was quiet but central.

  Great location and very clean. Really helpful team to check in and the apartment was well located.
  
  What could be improved: No ironing board even though there was an iron. Washing machine wasn’t working in the property I did email them on booking.com and the WhatsApp number but no one replied. Our clothes were so wet and we couldn’t drain them in the communal area where the washing machine was located.

  This properly was very clean and close to the centre. Approximately a 10 minute walk. Convenient with a lift on the first floor and washer/dryer. We were welcomed by the host at the beginning of our stay and were not bothered at all. It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful! Exactly what we expected. Highly recommend it!

  Un apartamento muy nuevo, cómodo y a tiro de piedra de la estación de Santa Lucía. Bien comunicado con Vaporetto por el Gran Canal. Lugar muy tranquilo y con un supermercado muy cerca.

  Sehr gute Lage um Venedig zu erkunden. Weil die Wohnung frei war konnten wir ohne Zusatzkosten früh einchecken, das war ein tolles entgegenkommen vom Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist sogar geräumiger als es auf den Bildern aussieht und bot alles was wir für einen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten gebraucht haben. Supermarkt und Bäckerei in zwei Minuten Gehweite. Ruhige Gegend.
  
  Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Nur ein Brotmesser hätten wir uns zusätzlich gewünscht.
  
  What could be improved: Der Wasserkocher hatte einen Wackelkontakt und das Licht im Bad flackerte ein wenig und sollte bald ausgetauscht werden. Ein Brotmesser war nicht vorhanden.

  Báječné pohodlné ubytování blízko nádraží i blízko centra. Hostitelka se s námi po telefonické domluvě setkala na náměstí Campo San Zandegolà a dovedla nás do našeho apartmánu, kde nám ukázala vše, co jsme potřebovali. Ptotože to byla naše první návštěva Benátek, kromě check-inu nám ochotně poradila s cestováním po městě, doporučila nám, kde se můžeme dobře najíst a kde nakoupit. Měla pro nás připravenou i mapu. V apartmánu jsme ocenili bezbariérový přístup, vybavenou kuchyňku, dvě koupelny s fungujícími sprchami a toaletami a bezproblémové wi-fi připojení. Apartmán má výhled do tiché zahrady místního muzea přírody.
