  This property was outstanding in all regards. It was on a quiet sidestreet convenient to activity but away from the crush of humanity immediately near the major sights in Venice. Easy 3 minute walk from the water shuttle from the airport and other public transit.
  
  The property itself was exceptionally elegant and immaculately clean, exactly as presented in the photos. Despite having only one bedroom, there were two full bathrooms, a nice touch.
  
  The proprietor met us at the door and gave us an enthusiastic orientation to Venice, marking up a map of the city as she went.
  
  Our stay couldn't have been better and we will recommend to all our friends before they visit Venice.
  
  What could be improved: Perfect for us but San Marco Square is about 15 minute walk which may not suit everyone.

  Ca’ del Pittor one bedroom apartment is fabulous, in a quiet street and it above all it is in an excellent location; just a few minutes’ walk to Zattere in one direction and the Accademia Bridge in the other direction. The ferry from the airport stops at Zattere and you can get the public ferry from the Accademia Bridge stop which is on the Grand Canal!! Or you can walk to everywhere in Venice from here.
  
  The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, it has been modernised to an extremely high standard and still had the charm of an old Venetian house. The apartment felt very homely and it was a brilliant place to come back to and relax. The bathrooms were fantastic and, in our apartment, we had 2 bathrooms! It is a ground floor apartment.
  
  Lorella was lovely and warmly welcomed us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us some brilliant local recommendations. Silvia was very friendly and kindly stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was ok for us during our stay.
  
  We really hope to come back again to Ca’ del Pittor again!

  The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect location – a couple of minutes walk from Accademia bridge and vaporetto stop, but in a quiet area. Lorella was very helpful when we checked in, giving us lots of information about the area and the apartment.

  Very friendly family staff. Well stocked amenities. Roomy and airy. Quiet. Safe. Newly decorated and attractive. Welcome bottle of prosecco.
  
  What could be improved: No washer and dryer, which was explained beforehand, but a rack for drying rinsed out socks would be nice. No screens for windows, which seems to be Venetian style, but flying bugs can be annoying when trying to sleep.
