The bed was plush, with those crisp linens that crinkle just right, and the bathroom had this rainfall shower that washed away the day’s humidity – Venice can get sticky in summer, you know?   Из самых главных плюсов для меня было удобное месторасположение,до остановки водного автобуса которым я добиралась из аэропорта и обратно-1 минута ходьбы,рядом прекрасный мост Риальто,продуктовый магазин,кафешки и торговый центр-всё в пешей доступности максимум 5 минут,до площади Сан Марко тоже недалеко .В номере очень красивый интерьер ,всё новое,сантехника в ванной комнате тоже идеальная,не смотря на оживленный район в комнате тихо и прекрасно можно выспаться.Персонал просто волшебный-отзывчивые и добрые люди:менеджер подсказал маршрут как лучше добраться ,в гостинице любезно предложили вариант оставить багаж,так как до заселения ещё было 4 часа и я спокойно пошла гулять по городу налегке,в один из дней утром пошёл дождь,я была к этому не готова-и девушка которая убирала номера подарила мне свой зонт,вот такие отзывчивые люди там работают😊

  Una struttura veramente bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, siamo state nella stanza Sospiro, un piccolo gioiellino con un terrazzino che affaccia sui tetti di venezia. La posizione è comodissima, attaccata al ponte di rialto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e sia per il check in che per il check out (per il quale ci hanno lasciato stare ben oltre l’orario pre stabilito). Oltretutto ci hanno lasciato una pensiero di benvenuto – una bottiglia.

  L'esperienza è stata eccellente.
  La struttura è ben curata, pulita e situata in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città.
  La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il letto era comodo, garantendo un ottimo riposo dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Anche il bagno era impeccabile, con una doccia moderna e acqua calda sempre disponibile.
  Il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile, in particolare il responsabile Mark, che si è assicurato che tutto fosse perfetto durante il mio soggiorno.
  Anche se il servizio era solo di pernottamento, l’organizzazione è stata impeccabile e l’accoglienza molto professionale.
  In definitiva, consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole e ben gestito a Venezia.
  Se dovessi tornare in città, sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel.
