  The apartment is located in quiet area, but close to key locations: 10 minutes to Rialto bridge, 20 minutes to San Marco square. The host was very nice, Giovanni provided clear instruction about how to reach apartment, met us and let us leave the luggage even before check-in time. The apartment was clean, with well equipped kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms. From the windows you can see small channel, it creates special atmosphere. Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10

  The apartment is clean and spacious, not far from the main attractions. Everything necessary is provided. The host provided very clear and detailed instructions on how to reach the place, which was very helpful for the first visit to Venice. The complimentary coffee and tea were a nice gesture 👌

  We took a taxi boat and the taxi contacted the property owner and he was waiting for us upon arrival.
  The area of the appartement is very calm and nearby Strada Nova and 5 min walk to Ponte di Rialto.

  Lovely location, great, roomy apartment, nice bathroom and kitchen. One bedroom has a mattress (memory foam?) too soft for our liking, so couldn’t use that room. A disappointment.

  It‘s a very nice, spacious apartment.
  Upon arrival everything was crystal clean.
  The appartment is in a really quite area, at night you could only hear the seagulls and the wind.
  
  5 minutes walk to one of the main streets, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shops of all kind and supermarket.
  
  15 minutes walk to San Marco Basilica
  8 Minutes walk to Rialto Bridge
  
  The host was also very nice, she was writing us through from landing in Venice until we arrived st the appartment.
  
  The appartment is also 5 Minutes walk from Fondamente Nuove Boat Station, from which you can take a direct boat to Marco Polo Airport.

  The location of the property was very good, very close to transport routes. Walking distance to important centres, supermarket nearby. The house has all amenities. 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. Everything is available in the kitchen. You can cook your own food. The house was clean and new inside, the owners were very polite and helpful. Very easy access from the airport. I would definitely recommend it in terms of price performance and comfort.
