  The location is great – it’s close to St Mark’s Square, but still tucked away a block or two from the more crowded waterway areas. There is a nice pasticcieria, fruit/veg stall, and kebab stand within one block. The property manager kept in constant communication with us and was ready to hand over the keys as soon as we arrived. Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely part of Venice.

  What could be improved: Out of hand washing soap 🙂 and there was some left over rotten food in the cabinets left over by prior guests I suppose.

  The apartment is very spacious and very well located. You are very close to the main areas but at the same time you are in a quiet street so no disturbance for light sleepers. The host is extremely nice. My sister forgot her phone after check out and the host came to open the door so she can pick it up! Very sweet and much appreciated! There was a possibility to store our luggage which was also great.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed is indeed makes a lot of noise and probably not everyone will find it comfortable for sleeping. As we travelled in the winter we didn't realise that the floor will be so cold – we could have used a pair of slippers inside.

  I liked that it was close to the waterbus station and easy to find. The property was in great shape and had air conditioning.
  
  What could be improved: No window covering in the bathroom and there was a long window with houses and apartments overlooking into it. The bathroom had a lingering urine smell from the start; it made me question the cleanliness of the facilities.

  This room is great! Great value for money. First of all the room is easily accessible, only a five minute walk from the nearest ship station. Then the room is a good size with a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen space and terrace. The interior of the room is neat and clean, the beds are comfortable and we travelled with three people, one of our friends slept on the sofa bed which was large and opened up. The staff who greeted us and gave us the keys were very welcoming, the room was not available for early check in but we were able to get the keys with no problem even though we had a late check in time, and the staff gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants.In addition, there are several good restaurants near the rooms, as well as a small supermarket.
  
  What could be improved: This room is located in an alleyway and doesn't offer much of a view, but it's still recommended. Also, the lack of curtains on the bathroom window was a little uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room needs to be left on for a longer period of time to cool down the interior of the room.

  The location is in walking distance from the main attractions,and 2 mins walk from supermarket or vaporetto.
  We were welcomed by the host, which was a nice gesture.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment seems newly renovated (max 1y ago) but after that cleaning was lacking quite a bit.
  There is noise from the neighbors that are renovating as well (this might not be applicable if they finished in the meanwhile)
