  Beautiful apartment in a great location. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning very welcome. The spiral staircase was a challenge, but taken slowly, it was fine. Mosquito plugs in each bedroom were very welcome, but the low door frames and the beams in the main bedroom were an issue as we are a tall family. However, after the first bumped head, we all remembered for the rest of our stay! The kitchen isn't the best equipped, but this is a holiday let, where most people will eat out. A complete set of plates and dishes would have been great, but not a deal breaker. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday in a great location in a great apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The handrail for the stairs is slightly loose in places, but the stairs taken slow and steady are ok.

  The location was fantastic. There were 3 of us and having our own rooms was a bonus. The roof terrace was lovely first thing in the morning and in the evening.

  Good location, close to Venice’s main sights but fairly quiet. Spacious. Good roof terrace. Aircon good. Beds comfortable. Good quality kitchen, bathrooms and washing machine.

  The flat was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not good enough for us to make a lot of use of the lovely roof terrace. It was a good situation with plenty of amenities and places to visit nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The bottom step of the spiral staircase is only a partial step and 2 of us missed our footing and fell – perhaps something could indicate that it is not a complete step.

  Very large appartement, each of us got our own room, easy to go around. The stairs inside the property might be tricky for small children and elderly.

  very good location and great to have the roof terrace. Apartment was spacious and bed was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment in need of some repair work and redecoration. The balustrade on staircase was loose. Skirting board coming off at entrance into living room. Kitchen tap very loose. Shortage of cooking pots nothing to use in the oven. Bathrooms needed some decorations shower area badly stained.
