  The location of this apartment was excellent as we were in Venice for rowing lessons from Row Venice. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and the kitchen well equipped. There was a lift to reach the third floor, which was good given six flights of stairs with luggage is hard work. Rudolfo was good with his communications before our stay.
  
  What could be improved: We arrange to arrive between 8-9pm and agreed the city tax but not a 'late arrival fee', which we were charged. These details were included in a folder in the apartment. Do check if fees will be applied before your arrival. This does seem to be a common practice in Venice.

  It was very easy to check-in. We were called by the owner about our arrival time, and there was someone waiting for us to do the check-in.

  In a quiet area of Venice but still very close to the main tourist sites. and many canal side restaurants. The apartment itself is very elegant with AC units (very important in the height of Summer) 🙂 A short walk to the apartment from the vaporetto stop from the Airport

  It was very centrally located. It was very large, ie. 4 bedrooms. It had a living room which was nice to sit in during the evening. The host was very accomodating on our early arrival.
