  Дуже зручне розташування – безпосередньо за церквою від найлюдянішої вулиці зі всіма магазинами, кафе та поруч із супермаркетом, у дуже затишному кварталі. Апартаменти знаходяться на нульовому поверсі прямо на каналі, мимо вікна пропливають гондоли, що створює неймовірну атмосферу ! Все продумано до дрібниць – зонування апартаментів на кухню, кабінет та спальню, повний набір посуду та сучасної техніки – пральна та посудомийна машини, микрохвильова піч. Окрема історія про викидання сміття в Венеції, але залишимо це як інтригу повного занурення в автотентичну Венецію в цих апартаментах )

  This apartment is a hidden gem. It is located near bakeries, restaurants and is within walking distance of all the major attractions. I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen, enjoying a coffee when the gondolas and boats passed right outside the window. It was a true Venice experience!
  
  The apartment is much bigger than the photos show and it was extremely clean. I would highly recommend!

  La ubicación es estupenda y el apartamento tiene de todo y es muy cómodo.
  
  What could be improved: La verdad es q no hay nada a lo q poner pegas, quizás q nos costó un poco dar con el sitio y las llaves.. Pero ers de noche y te lías con las calles.

  Difficult to locate lockbox. There were several for different properties. Finally one opened.

        > shower too small and could not contain water in basin since shower door not working properly

        > small TV with permanent black streaks on screen
        > no dresser for clothing
        > no disclosure of garbage policy. Instructions unclear and had to inquire of other building tenants
        > no appliance instructions – had to learn by trial and error
        > kitchen lights not working 
        > window shades sometimes were able to be opened and closed easily but most times not
        > response left much to be desired.  
  
  Unit needs a complete gut and redo with modern appliances and furniture. Certainly wasn't worth what we paid with the "add-ons".

  I liked it, very good location, 20-25 minutes walking from San Marco, and in a very nice neighbourhood with amazing and cheaper restaurants than near San Marco. Very good recommendations from the host, I would not find the same myself. Very good view to the canal.
  
  What could be improved: As it's already mentioned in previous reviews, there is a LOT of messages, rules and bureaucracy. I was ready to it because I wanted this particular apartment.
