  The location is excellent in all respects: easy to get to on arrival, not too far from all parts of Venice, excellent immediate surroundings, and quiet.

  Everything. Location was premium. Cannot stress enough how perfect this place was for Venice.

  very good location, canal just beneath the windows, period exposed joists and modern interior, nuce bathroom, helpful host, all information well communicated.
  
  What could be improved: pillows were a bit stiff and duvets on a thin side, maybe good for the summer, but we visited in winter.

  The location was great and room comfortable although not much sitting room. Eros was very helpful in getting luggage in early which was appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: There were minimal blankets to use besides the basic sheet unless you wanted to pay upon your stay. Also. Sitting in the living room was uncomfortable for more than 2 people.
