  Ca 'San Vio, is a lovely clean property in an excellent location. The owner, is very helpful all the time. He recommended me nice places to visit such as Cafe, pubs and sights that it's worth to visit.
  He answered all my questions, very quickly and reliably.
  The property is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to almost everything.

  Quaint little Typically Venetian hotel which was ideally located with a very friendly host and staff. Very clean with everything you require…. Air conditioning, good Internet connection, and a free breakfast.

  Location was very convenient for us and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoy a small bed and breakfast type of hotel like this one.

  The property was in a great location in the centre of Venice. The beds were comfortable and the host was very friendly and made everything easy for us

  It was clean and nice staff, quiet location.
  
  What could be improved: It was totally different what you can see in the photos. Room was really small, dark and not cosy at all. Private bathroom was on totally different room, we need to go outside from the room, go across to the hall to reach our “private bathroom”. Really bad isolation, we could hear then toilet was flushed to other hosts. Breakfast was ridiculous, because it was coffee and bread with some jam.
