  The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a very good location (fairly close to boat stops and most of the biggest tourist spots). We recommend it.

  Great location for accessing everything we wanted to see and do. Set away from the busiest areas and routes and was quiet and comfortable.

  The apartment is very central and was perfect for the Biennale Arte. 4 mins walk to the Fdt Nova (Blue Line) to catch the boat to Venice airport. Coop 5 mins walk and restaurants 2 mins away. Giorgio was very helpful and provided us with all the information that we needed!

  I particularly appreciated the comfort of the place: apartment over two floors which gives great space. The apartment is clean and the furnitures that come along the apartment are comfortable (beds, bathroom, etc).
  I also appreciated the location. While from a walking distance (15 min) from Venice’s main tourist places (place st marc), the neighbourhood is not overcrowded of tourist and remains more quiet compared to other area in Venice.

  Giorgio is a brilliant host, quick replies, even helped us out finding great venues nearby. Accommodation was in a brilliant location, not far from Fondamente Nova so easy transport to and from the airport and only a short distance from amazing food and drink locations.

  The location is amazing, close enough to all „must see” places however far enough to not see tourists on every step. Our host was very friendly, explained everything and was happy to help.
  The place looks bigger on photos however for 2+1 should be enough. Upstairs two separates beds, downstairs one king size bed.

  Location was great with lots of food options nearby. Neighborhood was quiet with easy access to the ferry.

  What could be improved: 1-we wish it had been made clear the two bedrooms were on different levels.
  2-one of our guests had mobility issues and had problems with no handrail for the stairs.
  3-the bed and bath linens are worn and need to be replaced.
