  The apartment was spotless and full of Venetian charm. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco in a lovely square with restaurants and shops. Marcello looked after us really well ordering a water taxi for us and we were met by the lovely Valentina to show us the Apt. We loved our stay.
  
  What could be improved: There are a lot of steps to the top floor. My 83 year mother was with us but thankfully there were 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and the living area on the main floor so she managed fine. It wasn't really an issue and the charm of the apartment was worth it.

  Good position and beautifully appointed appartment.
  Ideal for visiting all the points of interest in Venice or catching a vaporetti to the Lido or one of the islands in the lagoon.
  
  What could be improved: It is situated near a public convenience and therefore the odd inquisitive tourist tried to enter the apartment rather than go to the loo.
  We also had problems with hot water for showers etc, which was partly resolved after 48 hours.

  Location was perfect. Near attractions. Apartment was appropriately furnished including the kitchen. The owner/operator was very accommodating. Arrangements were made for taxi transport. Restaurant and attractions/sightseeing were recommended.

  We loved this apartment! Tastefully furnished, ancient beams, everything you could need and in a super location, minutes away from St. Marks Square.
