  Owner graciously tried to grant early check-in for us, but Housekeeper forgot to leave the key according to owner instructions though owner quickly answered and did their best to remedy ASAP. Received access about three hours afterward. Gorgeous place worth the wait

  Amazing views from all three rooms. We saw gondolas and boats come by our windows all day and in the evenings. The location is also great away from extreme tourist crowds but close to everything important. We had a lot of luggage and it was amazing to schedule a water taxi from train station to a drop off spot very close to the property. Taking water taxis was one of our favorite experiences in Venice. Also, the host is very responsive and helped with everything needed. We highly recommend this property and host.

  Romantické místo, s nádherným výhledem přímo na kanál. Ne na hlavní cestě, takže velmi klidné s romantickými zákoutími. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili včetně nočních procházek po prázdném městě. Paní majitelka velmi vstřícná a milá. Předání klíču bez problému. Vše na dosah ruky – obchod i restaurace hned za rohem. Výborný byl manuál s doporučeními na prohlídky méně známých míst a doporučené restaurace.

  La ubicación, las vistas impresionantes. El mejor sitio para sentir Venecia, el puente, el canal… supermercado, placita, restaurantes…al lado. Céntrico para explorar Venecia en todas direcciones!!!! Mi mejor decisión!!! Ver pasar las góndolas desde tu salón o dormitorio es toda una experiencia!!!!

  Sehr authentisches Wohnen in Venedig in einem Haus mit langer Geschichte: Wundervoller Blick auf den Canal, über den minütlich die Gondeln passieren. Sehr charmant und stilvoll eingerichtet, noch dazu mit komfortabler Küchenausstattung, sehr gemütlichen Betten, schönes Licht, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Perfekte Wohnlage: Mittendrin und dennoch ein wenig abseits von den größten Touristenströmen. Der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Man trifft dort Einheimische. Kurzum: Wundervoll! Wir kommen wieder!

  Tout était très bien ! Bel Accueil de l'hôtesse très gentille et dévouée. Charmant petit condo situé au coeur de Venise qui nous permet de d'imprégner de la vie des locaux. Très propre et tout le confort nécessaire. Wi-fi gratuit et belle vue sur le canal. Je le recommande !!
  
  What could be improved: La façade de l'établissement était en rénovation et nous avions les échafauds autour des fenêtres. Par contre, aucun bruit dérangeant. Et la salle de toilette est très petite.
