  Wonderful, spacious apartment. Very quiet location. Really close to St. Mark’s square and Alilaguna water bus stop. I would definitely recommend Casa Patricia to anyone.

  The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. Maura was amazing and really helped us meeting us at the vaporetto and assisting us during our stay. The position right next to San Marco Square was amazing.

  The apartment is located at the heart of Venice, only 1 min walk to St Mark Square. We were impressed with the apartment and think the pictures on booking.com does not do it justice. The apartment was very clean with all the facilities you might need for the stay. It brought you vintage feeling, a sense of how a native Venetian family's house might look like with wooden furniture and pictures on the walls. The price is expensive but it's definitely one of the apartments we shall remember.

  Absolutely everything was perfect – location, cleanliness, amenities and responsiveness of the owner. Beautifully furnished apartment completely in tune with Venice itself! If one day I visit Venice again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
