  Great apartment very, that has 2 beds 2 baths, a kitchen pretty much anything you need.
  
  What could be improved: Check in is a hassel they ask for documents you already provided and have to wait for host tl take the keys to you. They rooms and restroom doors do not have locks.

  It was spacious and centrally located. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay in a quiet location yet all major n attractions were easily accessible.
  
  What could be improved: The toilet seemed to make a leaking noise although I couldn’t see a leak but it was noisy at night. The shower head leaked. It probably needs to be fixed although it was still fine to use.

  What could be improved: 1. Heater: During our stay in Dec 2024, The average temp was from 40-50 Fahrenheit (5-10 Celsius). I was travelling with elder parents and none of the heaters were working except on the 2nd flr. All bedrooms were downstairs so we were shivering all night without the heater. I escalated this to our designated point of contact. He said he already reported the heaters not working downstairs and knew it was chilly but failed to provide an extra or portable heater when I suggested. I also contacted the main contact and none were answered. If you are traveling with elders, kids or anyone who cannot sleep or rest at room temp below 15 celsius degree, confirm with host if their heaters are fixed.
  
  2. Beds: I pre-requested to make the bed for upstairs because we have to use all 3 beds (2 beds and 1 sofa bed). When we arrived, they only had 2 beds in the bedrooms were made. When I asked about the sofa bed, the point of contact (POC) looked like he had no idea and that he will ask it to be made that afternoon. We went to market and came back, nothing was made. The POC said cleaning lady will come tomorrow morning to make the bed. I slept on the sofa without a bedding that day. The next day, we went out and came back at evening, nothing was changed again. Contacted the host, they said cleaning lady was busy and so someone else will drop by that evening. Someone finally came in and just dropped off some bedding. He said he just grabbed from other rooms' bedding so they are clean. I asked how do I make the bed because he wasnt willing to come in and make them for us. He said just pull it out. It wasnt too hard to make the bed myself so it worked out but this was the reason I PRE-REQUESTED to make all 3 beds available when I booked this room.
  
  3. Doors: The main door and our room door were hard to open. They put the instruction on the wall for the main door so we eventually figured it out. But for the room door, we struggled to open it for a good 20 minute.

  The location was great! It was hard to find a large space in Venice that didn’t break the bank, and this was it. Lots of space to unpack and spread out with great views.

  The location is great, close to the station and the grand canal, a short walk to catch the water bus to Murano. The room was large, very large, with very high ceilings. Great shower, well equipped kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa felt damp, and smelt as though rather a lot of fabric freshener had been used. The electrics were … interesting and there was a lack of sockets that felt safe (I boiled the kettle next to the bed). Biting insects were bad news too. Having said all that I would definitely stay again, at a different time of year 😀.
