  The location is exceptional, made it very easy to navigate to all the places we wanted to see. Roomy, comfortable, clean. Marika was such an amazing host- helpful, kind and accommodating.

  It was a treat to stay within the high end shopping area with all the major fashion brands around. The bells of the churches chiming every hour was special.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift.

  Location was excellent, near to Piazza San Marco, but also very quiet. Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. I was very impressed by the little extras provided – tea and coffee sachets, toiletries etc. Things you might expect at a hotel but not necessarily an apartment

  Location was very good, very close to the grand canal and in the midst of the most luxurious shoppiong street.
  
  What could be improved: Only dampner was that there is no lift, had to carry the luggage all the way to 2nd floor.

  What could be improved: Are stay in Venice was too short. We would have loved to stayed longer and enjoy the apartment and it's perfect location a bit more.

  Everything was great. The property manager was a life saver when Delta lost our luggage.
  
  What could be improved: The 4th bedroom with the pullout couch was extremely hot and the window was broken and could not be opened. That room was miserable.
