  This was an extremely comfortable place to stay. Alessia met us outside the property to give us the keys, let us in, and show us around. She answered all our questions. The apartment was great! It was spacious, with a huge kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom, and even a small balcony/window that opened up right over one of the canals. We were able to watch gondolas pass peacefully on the canal below. I had feared that the apartment might be noisy at night but the canal and street outside were both narrow and never too crowded. For this reason it was quiet and we slept very well each evening. The location was perfect. We were extremely close to San Marco square, but spared the massive crowds one finds in and around the square. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, stove top, huge refrigerator, and all the pots and pans we needed to cook and eat in. They provided us with coffee pods and snacks upon our arrival. I cannot think of a single thing that was lacking. We had everything we needed for our stay! My only regret is that we could not stay longer! Thank you Alessia!

  This apartment was pristine, beautiful with views onto the canaland huge. It had everything you could think of to make our stay more than comfortable and Alessia went above and beyond to orientate us to the apartment and Venice, ensured we knew where to go and was there if we needed her. We will ensure all family and friends book this apartment in the future – that’s how happy we were with our stay!

  Everything. Beautiful Italian apartment. With lovely candles view. Great location. Close to great restaurants, cafes and bars and San Marco square. Our host Alessia was very communicative and met us and made sure we got to our apartment eventhough our filigree was delayed til late. We sound have got lost otherwise. A bottle of Prosecco was waiting.

  Delightful & spacious apartment, very comfortable with full kitchen & washing facilities. Location is very convenient to all of the sightseeing & it was easy to get to everything. Air conditioning was a welcome bonus in the summer heat !
