  Such a beautiful home with an incredible renovation story. It's was so peaceful as our room looked out onto the garden, lovely views, lots of birds! A lovely breakfast. Great location. The best thing was Luana, Alberto and their staff, so attentive and helpful, they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Luana even gave us a suggested itinerary for our stay, so much great recommendations! Honestly amazing.

  My sister and I stayed at this hotel last weekend. First of all, the location is excellent and easily accessible by bus from the airport. We stayed in a room with a canal view, which was lovely. The relaxation area and garden were incredible—almost like an art gallery.
  
  Although we didn’t have the chance to meet Laura, Norbert made us feel at home with his outstanding hospitality. He kindly offered us coffee every time he saw us, and since our time in Venice was short, he even prepared a special program for us.

  The stay at Cinqueteste made our trip to Venice exceptional. Noberto oversaw every detail of our stay. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly without being overbearing. The room and grounds were lovely, the location was a fantastic mix of "off the beaten path" and accessible to everything. The stay truly helped to create the magic that is Venice.

  Cinqueteste Luxury Home is a hidden little gem in the heart of Venice. Located only five minutes away from Santa Lucia train station and so close to the beautiful Gothic Basilica dei Frari, it provides everything necessary for a beautiful and peaceful stay. The house has been amazingly decorated by its hosts who are always there when you need them. It has a private garden and it's very quiet at night which can be hard to find. It's definitely our favourite place in Venice now and we can't wait to go back.
