  Excellent location, giving very easy access from the bus station, and still being a short walk to all the sights. Amazing restaurants around. Very comfortable bed.

  We loved the location of this stay! The canal view made it especially fun. Well equipped with AC and updated bathroom. No city or street noise that we could notice. Lots of restaurants and shops within close proximity.
  
  What could be improved: We found the bed to be very hard, and we prefer a top sheet versus just a comforter, especially when traveling. The shower water pressure was low, but that was minor.

  The location of the property was very good and everything was with 15 min of walk. Near the house there was some good bar and bakery when you can get breakfast and a really good coffee.
  
  What could be improved: What i don't like is that we need to take the trash out as per property policy. I payed 450 Euro to get the trash by myself. This is non sense…

  Great location – close to restaurants, shops… pretty much everything.
  The host left us lots of useful tips for our stay in Venice.
  The bed was quite comfortable.
  Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.
