  What could be improved: As the apartment is in the 1st floor, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as the staircase is steep.

  Appartement idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la place San Marco, du port et de ses vaporetto, mais aussi de points d’alimentation et de restauration multiples.
  
  Logement confortable et très bien équipé (vraiment de quoi cuisiner pour de vrai !) avec un petit balcon donnant sur l’un des canaux de la ville (spectacle permanent et charmant pour qui veut s’y laisser prendre à toute heure du jour ou du soir).
  
  Accueil charmant et disponibilité sans faille de Isabella dont le restaurant se trouve a quelques mètres a peine de l’appartement et où je vous recommande de vous arrêter pour déguster quelques spécialités locales.

  Mais les vitrages étant très récents, cela atténu vraiment le bruit.
