  The room was perfect, location was excellent. The facilities were all you could ask for and more. The staff was super helpful and incredibly friendly. Privacy of your own space was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone going to Venice.

  Staff extremely helpful & polite the hotel was tucked away from the hustle & bustle of main areas it was very quiet area yet accessible to main sights breakfast was delicious & setting was very beautiful bedroom was very comfortable

  The property is very central located to all the site seeing and very easily accessible by water boat and water taxis. Also, the property itself is really well kept and very beautiful.

  The hotel was amazing. Boutique and extremely well appointed. Breakfast every morning was a delight and the cakes and pastries were a must. The room was really well done with a very comfy bed. The location is great for getting around Venice with some nice redtraunts really close by.
