  The location was excellent, especially the proximity to the square around San Giacomo and everything it had to offer. Great local vibe.

  The apartment was very central and very clean. The lady Nicole who managed the property was excellent, communicated constantly and was always ready to help us out.
  
  What could be improved: It was definitely not worth the price- the property needs to be refurbished. it’s extremely old with minimal comfort… There is only 1 portable (pretty weak) AC and a fan for who ever sleeps on the pull out bed. We struggled with this in the heat of Venice.

  Location was great. It was a short walk from the train station and found it no problem. Great area for restaurants, and grocery store in piazza. Gondola rides just steps away. The view from the bedroom is amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. Great area for exploring the city, Start the day with a cafe and end the day with a gelato, both just around the corner.
  
  What could be improved: It was odd that we were asked to ensure the unit was clean and ready for other guests when we left including removal of the limited refuse from our two night stay. The courtyard area is incredibly small and is located in the communal front entry, next to a residents from door as well as the garbage. It was dark and not comfortable. It was not inviting with no place to sit and relax. Stairs to the apartment are not for the faint of heart.

  The apartment is small but nice. It is in an old venetian house so everything is as espected. It is very well located, next to the train station and not far from the canal grande. Highly recommended!!
  
  What could be improved: The warm water was a little problematic. The Bed for the kids is in the same room as the kitchen. You have to fold it to a sofa wenn you want to eat. The apartment is quite small, but ok for a family with 2 younger kids.
