  Location is good, you will feef the nice atmosphere.

  The staff was amazing, incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and very well located. The room was very big, comfy and quiet. Everything was perfect and the staff( everybody), made our trip unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend a better place.

  Gorgeous quirky hotel. Amazing arrival by water taxi and would highly recommend. Arrival and departure drinks were a lovely touch.

  We were warmly welcomed to the property and quickly checked in. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready, but they offered to hold our bags and place them in the room for us. They also offered coffee and cookies while we checked in. After a day of play and returning later in the evening, we were greeted by name and shown to our room.

  This place is a 6 star experience. This place makes you feel like a star. The hotel itself is just amazing. The staff were just wonderful. They helped in any way they could.
  
  The room was great. The bed was a little hard for our liking. They have an elevator and that was great. They took things to room.
  
  What could be improved: They had breakfast but there was an additional cost and it would have been nice to know upfront.

  Beautiful boutique hotel a little off the beaten track, which was a huge bonus for us. Its location feels much more like "real Venice" than the more touristy area around Piazza San Marco. We loved our stay and will stay there again next trip.

  The hotel is located in 17th century building, style of the hotel is nothing like I’ve seen before, very distinguished and stylish. Beds were very comfortable, probably the best I’ve had a chance to sleep on. Finally, the staff was very polite and attentive. I also loved the fact that this was an adult only hotel (despite being a parent 😉

  A grand beauty in Venice and is a beautiful property with a lush garden and opulent rooms. I was in the Canal Room which had a wonderful view of the canal and equipped with a desk where I could write while looking at the lovely view. The breakfast was excellent with a range of options and cooked eggs on demand.
  
  What could be improved: My room was a bit warm on the 2nd floor and often needed to make use of an electric pedestal fan to make the room comfortable. I also noticed across the hotel and in my room small instances of chipped paint or frayed material suggesting that behind the beauty the hotel is a little tired. While most of the staff were excellent, I did struggle with getting some assistance in understanding what pending strike information and was told to just calle the rail company (which I did and thankfully was not affected by the strike).
