  excellent location closed to San Marco, easily reachable by water bus ( only 5 min walk afterwards).
  the flat is very calm and has pleasant views of the garden below for one of bedrooms.
  
  What could be improved: if we need to make some comments, there were missing some basics in the kitchen like toaster and kettle. issue with a light in one of the bedroom which could be easily fixed .

  What could be improved: it was cold when we got there, no heating, not enough bedding so we froze the first night. kitchen equipment totally lacking and very basic and very poor. one bedroom had no mirror or hanging space at all. no instructions at all or welcome to help you. very expensive for what we got. more attention to detail would

  The location of the apartment is great! It is located about 10 min from S.Marco Squere and 13-15 min from Rialto Bridge, but in very quiet area. Close to it there is a lot of small cafes, tratories and other places with food and drink but not so crowded.
  Everything was perfectly prepare for our stay, good contact with very nice host
  Apartment is really huge on first floor, with big leaving room with round table and sofas…
  There are 2 separate bedrooms… It is comfortable even for 6 people..
  Very clean, with aircondition, wifi and everything you will need for short stay in Venice
  Really recomend that place, especially for location… close to most Venice atraction, but calm to "load baterry" and rest after busy day
