The room I stayed in had this amazing view where I could watch the water taxis and delivery boats going about their daily business. It’s not overly fancy, but everything works beautifully and feels authentically Venetian. The kitchen area is compact but well-equipped if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local shops. Natural light floods through the windows throughout the day.

  Absolutely nothing to dislike, Allessandra met us and allowed an early check-in and met and exceeded our expectations …. which was great after a long travel itinerary to get to Europe… We received a complimentary Wine, and the property couldn't have any better suited to our requirements … Location away from the busy hustle and bustle of Venice main Island…. Large deck was a great bonus. Highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Venice.

  Guidecca is a quiet respite from Venice and this palazzo is wonderful. Filled with antiques and reflections of world travel, beautiful spaces inside and out, it is a 5 star hotel nestled in a hidden alley.

  It was very spacious with two seperate dining areas, a sitting room and a seperate large study room with a TV, large kitchen, sweet balcony, two large bedrooms, very comfortable bed, lots of towels and products, a lovely hamper included in the welcome. Shops very close for food etc.

  This flat is larger, more comfortable and relaxing than even the pictures display. Alessandra is an exceptional host who made us so welcome and provided lots of extra treats as well as helping with transport advice very promptly. Giudecca we loved, especially when the centre is so crowded. A slice of paradise!!
