  La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la parada de los autobuses y de la estación de trenes de Santa Lucía. Para ir al centro es un paseo muy cómodo, que en 15 minutos estás en el puente Rialto.
  Milo llegó puntual a recibirnos y siempre pendiente.
  El apartamento es muy acogedor, con suelo radiante que da mucho confort en esta época invernal. Lo ocupábamos 3 personas y el sofá cama es muy cómodo.

  L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé dans le centre de Venise, et pas très loin de la gare. Le quartier est calme et il y a plein de restaurant aux alentours.
  
  What could be improved: Il y avait quelques fourmis (mais il y a piège à fourmis qui permet de s'en débarrasser).
  Pour les lèves tard, les cloches de l'église sonne à 7h! Après, c'est un mal pour un bien car ça laisse plus de temps pour visiter cette magnifique ville.
  Enfin, les quais étaient en travaux (octobre 2024), mais ce n'est que temporaire et pas vraiment gênant.

  Posizione comodissima, poco distante dalla stazione e raggiungibile senza attraversare ponti. Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. Affaccia in un cortile privato molto tranquillo e ben curato ed è facilmente accessibile senza gradini. I letti sono comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di aria condizionata, che toglie l'umidità oltre che rinfrescare.

  Відмінні апартаменти для перебування. Поруч 2 зупинки Vaporeto, неподалік є супермаркет, у сусідніх будинках є кафе, ресторани та бари. До вокзалу та автостанції близько 10-15 хвилин пішки, через торгову вулочку.
  Дуже приємні господарі. Дозволили заїхати трохи раніше, а також заздалегідь надіслали посилання для реєстрації, щоб отримати qr код для безкоштовного проходу на острів.
  Апартаменти знаходяться біля каналу, але у внутришньому дворику (закритому воротами), тож місце дуже тихе. Зручні ліжко (включаючи диван), є гаряча вода, шампунь, гель для душу, пральна машина та праска. На кухні – все необхідне для приготування іжі. Wi-Fi працює відмінно у всьому помешканні.
  Майте на увазі: міський податок не входить у вартість та складає 4 євро з особи за добу.
