  What could be improved: The noise in the rooms is horrible! You hear every move of your neighbors, that’s crazy, absolutely no privacy! The reason I wouldn’t come again to this hotel

  This was my second visit to the Hilton Molino, and it didn’t disappoint. The decor is beautiful and the staff are fantastic! Great breakfast lots of choice. Very convenient boat goes from hotel to st marks square all day and is a much cheaper option than paying for the boat buses.
  
  Just a note to say thank you for the upgrade, it was very kind and a lovely touch to our daughter’s birthday trip.

  What could be improved: A very minor thing is the not being able to use pool in the winter, of course it is not really a possibility due to the cold but it really gives this hotel the edge over other hotels in Venice.

  Gorgeous building, decor and rooms.
  
  What could be improved: The staff. Some reception staff were very helpful, however when we went to reception to book the spa facilities, I was just given the phone to book myself. If the hotel offers the spa as an amenity, I would suggest the reception could take responsibility for making bookings on guest behalf’s. We also got told no information during check in, no explanation of amenities available, bar times etc.
  
  Staff at breakfast were also hit and miss. They all looked very busy, but we never received an explanation of being able to order eggs direct from the kitchen (we figured this out from seeing other tables being served eggs). We also waited a very long time 2 mornings for eggs – by the time one lot arrived we had finished the rest of our breakfast.
