  great location! phenomenal staff! it’s frozen in time with incredible collections of antiques. the rooms are sensational and roomy. the private entry off canal with water taxi is fantastic!i can’t say enough great things!!!

  We loved the welcome that we received. When we booked the private transfer from the airport, we didn't expect to be met at the Arrivals door as we hoped off the transfer bus!
  
  We loved the beautiful decor, the smiley and friendly staff. We booked a room overlooking the lagoon which was incredible.
  
  What could be improved: We were very surprised we didn't have a coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board too, but we could have called reception to request one.

  The hotel is in a perfect location. The hotel is so beautiful and like a museum itself. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough to please us. I recommend the spa, its really good. The bedroom was spacious and stunning. We will be coming back – 5 stars.
