  The spa was lovely. The shower was nice. The bed was comfortable.

  Everything was exceptional. The boat shuttle is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and very confortable. The breakfast is various and delicious with a welcoming staff. Rooftop pool with extra view on Venice is a cherry on the cake, what a pleasure to swim after intensive day. The last point, that I really appreciate is check-out at 12 so can really enjoy your last morning in the hotel with a late breakfast, swimming pool and not prepare your luggage and check-out in a hurry.
  
  What could be improved: The staff in the hotel were welcoming but there is some point to improvement. They try to do the check-in as fast as possible, just to give a booklet with a qr-code to website. The water, tea etc are not always renewable.

  Room superb size, clean and regular service for cleaning and towels.staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast top quality, fresh juices, super omelettes , homemade jams , fast service with really friendly staff, must be best hotel stayed in and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels overtime , a truly amazing hotel, I recommend it to anyone
