  L’appartement était spacieux. Nous étions 5 adultes et chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain privative. Les aires communes étaient très bien équipée et confortables. L’appartement était situé près de la place St-Marc et des grands magasins. Nous avions accès à une épicerie non loin de notre appartement. Il y avait aussi plusieurs restos. C’était très calme et silencieux la nuit. Nous avions aussi un joli petit balcon. Bref, c’était parfait!

  My teen sons loved that they each had their own bedroom and bathroom in this spacious apartment. There were many touches that were appreciated – like lighting options (lamps, closet lights, bathroom nightlights to stocking coffee pods to get us started for our stay. The process of meeting Marco at the boat dock was so easy and stress free and since we arrived by private transfer, we did not have to walk far to get to the apartment when we arrived late in the evening. They were helpful and responsive and even provided us suggestions on where to eat for several meals. Getting in and out of the property was easy with a key code to get in the building and then a unique elevator code to get up to the floor. Felt very safe.
  
  What could be improved: We were surprised to see that there was a large mold issue on the kitchen wall. It had been raining there alot and they noted that they had not had the time to take care of it. I just wished we would have known about this before we arrived. Thankfully, we only stayed for three nights, so it wasn't that big of a deal and we don't have allergies specifically to mold. We were leaving later than check-out and they had us put our bags in the front room on the ground floor. They were not locked up, so I was slightly nervous that we would be stolen, but it was fine.

  Enrica met us at the waterbus stop near the hotel. She graciously guided us through the apartment, providing helpful explanations about its amenities and operations while addressing all our inquiries. The convenience of receiving the access code for both the building and our room added a seamless touch to our experience. Moreover, the fact that the elevator led directly to our room further enhanced our comfort and ease during our stay.
  The apartment itself is beautiful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Despite there being seven of us, the spaciousness and thoughtful layout of the apartment allowed each of us to feel at ease and enjoy a comfortable stay.
  The apartment's convenient location allowed us to step outside the door and take a pleasant stroll to San Marco Square in just less than 10 minutes.
  All in all, Enrica's hospitality and the apartment's charm made our trip memorable, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time there.
  
  What could be improved: Aside from the apartment, which was lovely, we encountered just a minor inconvenience related to carrying our luggage up and down the steps to reach the apartment. While the issue didn't detract from our overall positive experience, it would be worth considering for travelers with heavy or cumbersome luggage.

  The apartment is extremely well furnished, very comfortable and luxurious. We were stunned by how stylish and lavish it was, very Venetian style. The location is great, the code entry is very easy to use and perfect for big groups, who don't want to share keys. The elevator was an additional surprise! It couldn't have been better.
  
  What could be improved: It would have been nice to have the basics in the apartment like sugar, salt, oil etc. Not a big problem however, since we had to go grocery shopping anyway.

  A very tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment – a very minor thing was that the coffee machine wasn't working during our stay but I told the staff when I was checking out, so I'm sure they fixed/replaced it by now, such was their attention to detail and promptness to respond.
  
  What could be improved: There are people living in a building very close to the terrace so we couldn't really use it late at night as the noise of a few people having normal volume conversation was enough for them to ask us to keep the noise down (well it was mid-week), which of course we did. Keep this in mind when booking and respect your neighbours!
