  The location was great. All the popular eateries and attractions were within 10-15 minute walk. The person at the reception was very helpful and I can't thank her enough. The room was bigger than expected and had modern facilities. Overall we had a great stay.
  
  What could be improved: Probably should let the people know where to get down from Venezia station. We got down at Rialto from the ferry and it was a long 15 minute walk to the accommodation. Google maps didn't show us to get down at San Zaccaria. We were very tired after moving 5 luggage through uneven paths.

  The location was ideal. The rooom even had a view to a canal.
  
  What could be improved: The room was adjuscent to another one but the door was obviously locked. The other thing we did not like was that the room was not soundproofed. We could literally hear very clear what people from the other room were discussing.

  Great location, only 7 min from St. Marco Basilica! I had a great welcome at the hotel and was contacted before with the detailed explanation how to get to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. All necessary comfort for a short stay was there. The bathroom was also great!

  Very clean room and great location. Room was already ready before checkin time which was very convienient for us when we arrived in early morning.

  Total worth to stay in hotel.
  Hotel location is Perfect to roam around Venice. Hotel hygiene is also very good. Receptionist was also very co operative.
  
  What could be improved: Mirror was not present in room. ( Was present in washroom). Receptionist wasnot available physically for 24*7 but she was attentive on Phone ( No issue for us). Room temperature was bit low , heater temperature needs to higher especially in winter.
