  The easy communication with the owner and support team , the wonderful location, the cleanliness and all the thoughtful details that Marta put on this property- an absolutely wonderful place!!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing wonderfully !! Just One potential additional suggestion is maybe to add one glass door between the bedroom and bathroom in the master suite – just as idea to make it absolutely perfect!!

  To live momentarily on the Gran Canal was very special. To be so close to Accademia Bridge was handy. Bright interiors, comfy furniture and beds ( no tired old furniture) . Loved having our own private dock. The host is a professional. She and her team meet you when you arrive and respond quickly when you have a question. After traveling through Italy for 3 weeks, we loved having a washer/dryer for our clothes and a workable dishwasher. Nice appliances, dishes and wine glasses. Best of all not packed with “stuff”.

  Marta and her assistant took very nice care of us. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, and equipped with a dishwasher as well. The two bathrooms make it ideal for couples or families traveling together, and the location cannot be beaten. Beds are very comfortable, but one bedroom has a double bed made up of two twins, so there is a small gap to be aware of if you're a couple traveling together. All in all it's a fantastic apartment in an incredible location. Totally worth it, and we'll definitely come again!
  
  What could be improved: There are several fees in the case of late check in which are not listed on the booking.com website, and I would suggest adding these to prepare the guests so they can organize their travel arrangements accordingly.
