  The hotel is gorgeous! Very cozy! The location is great; near good restaurants! The staff is amazing! Besides all that, my wife loved the bathroom. She said that it was made for women! There was a very good hair dryer and a mirror specially made for her to put makeup on.

  Very comfortable bed and beautiful unique room design. Great staff at the reception. Fantastic garden, please don’t miss out to check it as well as the view from its boat stop.

  Location is fantastic! Lovely streets/canals nearby and away from the main tourist thoroughfare. Still really easy to get to everything on foot. The room was very big, comfortable with a modern style, which makes a change for Venice. Front desk staff are really helpful, polite and efficient.

  Hotel and staff were great. Location is also very good, out of the crowds in a more quiet area with great local restaurants..
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great. We went over NYE and if there is one thing I would change is the NYE dinner. The food was not great and for something so festive as a gala, I think table is service is better than buffet. The starters were great, but for mains we only had risotto and lasagna, not very glamorous.

  The staff were so so friendly and amazingly helpful, they really made our trip with their friendly demeanour and food and activity recommendations. The location was fantastic and the ferry service was incredible too!
  
  What could be improved: I feel like the breakfast could have been better, the little sandwiches were nice but maybe more authentic sausages and mushrooms, scrambled or fried eggs etc. and more variety. The pain au chocolat were very nice though!
