  Amazing location right on a busy, gorgeous street with lots to enjoy. Facilities were great but didn't even make the most of them! The courtyard and kitchen are immaculate. It's quiet inside despite the location, and room is up a set of stairs so probably less prone to flooding

  Everything was tidy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside area aswell. The apartment is located at a great spot from where you can reach many cool places, groceries and actv‘s. The host is very friendly and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: There was no towel(s) in the kitchen to dry the wet dishes after washing. Maybe that would be good to know beforehand so you can bring your own 🙂

  Appartamento bellissimo e ben ristrutturato. La camera da letto, sebbene sia cieca, è studiata in modo ad avere luce dall'unica portafinestra che da sul cortiletto (davvero carino e utile) e da delle finestrelle opache che si illuminano a sé.
  Posizione stupenda: a pochi passi dalla stazione, Prix supermercato nella stessa calle, vicinissimo a bacari e osterie molto buone, ma defilato dal traffico quindi noi lo abbiamo trovato silenziosissimo.
  Fabio, il proprietario super gentile, mette a disposizione molte stoviglie utili. Il bagno è piccino ma completo.

  Forse un po' di pulizia in più sul tavolo della cucina e sul ripiano del bagno, ma una volta pulito con le salviette igienizzanti, nessun problema. La casa, ad ogni modo, è molto pulita.

  good size fridge, clothes airer, good selection of towels, tablets for dishwasher, air-con in separate zones, very close to supermarket, lots of restaurants of great quality, easy access to local water bus and airport water bus. A very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

  Appartamento pulito, posizione ottima, pulito, molto silenzioso. Proprietario molto gentile e veloce consegna chiavi.
  Macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione per poter fare colazione, Letto comodo, bagno piccolo e phon come quelli a casa. Ottimo il piccolo giardinetto privato. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

  Nice cozy apartment, seems to be recently decorated and done well. Also the kitchen has most pans and utensils in case you would like to cook (a plus as food in Venice is made for tourists, expensive and not good for italian standards)
  
  What could be improved: Missing simple practical things like hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, coats. Seems like they paid attention to aesthetics and not function. The bed is not hotel grade.
