  Appartamento bello zona giorno e cucina ideale per accogliere 10 persone. Zona tranquilla ma con tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Fermata del vaporetto davanti a casa. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e i suoi consigli molto utili. Ci ha organizzato una interessantissima visita a una fornace a Murano.
  
  What could be improved: Mi è piaciuto tutto.L'entrata all'appartamento ha delle scale ripide, non è adatto per chi fa fatica a fare le scale.

  Świetne, funkcjonalne wnętrze, duży stół w jadalni, przestronna kuchnia, 3 łazienki pozwoliły na sprawne korzystanie w jednym czasie, a było nas 10 koleżanek. Liczne udogodnienie: niezapomniany widok na kanał, bliskość przystanku tramwajowego, doskonała trattoria w sąsiedztwie (Trattoria Bar Pontini) i bary przekąskami, napojami. Miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwanie, jest sprawny serwis i kontakt telefoniczny z biurem, pomoc zadziałała- regulacja pieca w celu wyrównania temperatury wody. Przydąłby się kolejny telefon do taxi wodnego, jest podany 1 przewoźnik, ponieważ był zajęty skorzystałyśmy z innego, ten niestety nas wystawił i nie przypłynął mimo umówionej godziny 6:45, na szczęście zdążyłyśmy pieszo przejść na przystanek autobusowy i zdążyłyśmy na nasz lot. Zatem lokalizacja w rejonie zajezdni (15min) była dla nas wybawieniem.

  What could be improved: I would recommend larger beds in the rooms with singles, or single beds that can be put together. Minor detail but certainly would have helped our family.

  Great place with amazing view on the canal
  Great location (plenty of very good restaurants just downstairs or nearby, close to water bus station, silent)
  Very spacious with 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and living room
  All facilities that you need – even a high chair for a baby
  Very nice and helpful staff (our plane was delayed and arrival as well, very good communication, great recommendations (Murano glass factory free tour))
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is a bit dark – but this is standard for all the apartments in Venice
  There is quite a steep staircase to the apartment and no elevator which was was a bit struggle with 2 small kids, stroller and 3 elderly people we were travelling with – but we managed so you will as well
  Anyway still recommend the apartment – if we go once again to Venice and it is available I will book it for sure

  Location was great as it was easy to get to from the train station and some others were dropped off just in front of the apartment at guglio from the airport water taxi. Kitchen was fully equipped, showers were great, lovely main sitting area and loved sitting on the window looking out to the canal and watching the traffic go by!
  
  What could be improved: The tv wouldn’t sync with our apps after trying numerous different ways which meant we couldn’t watch the olympics and sports we wanted to watch on the tv, we could only watch them on our phones. The Italian free olympics only put on Italians competing in the olympics.

  This property was perfect for our family of ten. The rooms are large, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family meals and the bathrooms are beautiful. The washer was so helpful when traveling light. This property is also just down the street from the water bus, making travel around the city and arrival and departure very convenient. I highly recommend this apartment and the excellent hosts.
