  If you like to stay in boutique properties, and value excellent service in every respect – this is a superb accommodation. We spent 4 days in this wonderful location – it is close to absolutely everything in Venice.
  
  In particular, Valentina is superb, very helpful, responsive and on the ball! Lovely manner, in a very customer friendly way. Communication from the moment of booking until check out was top notch.

  Absolutely beautiful space and can walk everywhere, the Basilica is only 5 minutes walk. Staff (Valentina) warm welcoming helpful and attentive. Recommend the water taxi as fun experience and it was our ‘gondola’ ride to and from. Clean, spacious, luxurious.
