  I travel often, and it's always the interactions with people that add to the experience. I found the staff in Palazzo Veneziano extremely helpful and resourceful. They were always willing to help and had smiles on their faces.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo Veneziano. Communication with the staff was fantastic, both on Booking.com and in person. After a glitch in the system when upgrading our room, we were offered an upgrade free of charge due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms after one night – this was really appreciated.
  The location was great, in a quieter area of Venice but within walking distance of all the sites.

  Wonderful breakfast, I don’t think it could have been better. Staff was very helpful cooperative always forthcoming for any issue raised, they helped us in arranging transport from airport, train station
